We select our suppliers based on product quality as well as the ethical and sustainability policies adopted by Seat SpA, giving preference to companies that share and align with our values.
If you would like us to consider your products and services, we welcome submissions and will be in touch if we are interested.
Please send proposals and digital catalogs exclusively via our dedicated email.
Kindly refrain from sending product samples unless specifically requested, and do not leave unsolicited samples at the hotel reception desk.
Unsolicited materials will not be returned.
We respectfully ask that no feedback requests be made at the front desk, either by email or phone.
For our existing suppliers, please note the following:
– goods deliveries may be made daily from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. through the service entrance, located via the driveway adjacent to the main entrance at 35 Charles Albert Street.
– for perishable items, or items requiring an uninterrupted cold chain, it is essential to notify the receiving department in advance regarding storage requirements.
– for special or after-hours deliveries, please make arrangements in advance to ensure receipt of goods
– goods must not be left without inspection for integrity and compliance with the order, and a company manager must sign the delivery note.
– For administrative matters, please contact the administration exclusively via email, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to noon
