Accredited journalists, upon presentation of formal credentials issued by their editor-in-chief or managing editor, are eligible for a dedicated preferential rate on our hospitality and dining services.
Please note that fully complimentary stays are granted only in exceptional cases and are limited to one person. Requests involving additional team members will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, upon formal request from the relevant editorial office. Any needs regarding the presence of additional contributors will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, subject to the express request of the relevant masthead.
Requests for preferential rates or complimentary stays must be submitted at least three weeks prior to the intended arrival date by completing the form in full (please indicate “N/A” where a field does not apply).
All requests are subject to availability. Submissions received after the stated deadline will be reviewed in chronological order, based on remaining availability.
Accompanying guests of accredited journalists are entitled to a 10% discount on the best available rate.
We welcome collaboration proposals from influencers and content creators whose work aligns with our values and our vision of hospitality.
All such collaborations are considered commercial partnerships and are therefore managed according to structured and selective criteria.
Proposals must be submitted via the form below, completed in full, at least four months prior to the intended arrival date. Requests received after this deadline will not be considered.
For evaluation purposes, an up-to-date media kit is required, including the following:
- Average Story CTR (not limited to views)
- Impressions and reach over the past month, along with engagement rate
- Impressions, reach, and performance of the last two collaborations with comparable properties, specifying the type and number of deliverables
- Audience breakdown by percentage, age group, and geographic location
- Audience quality indicators (e.g. real followers / audience authenticity, where available)
- Overview of editorial positioning and primary active channels

**AMATEUR PHOTOS AND VIDEOS**
Filming and photography are permitted in the hotel’s common areas, provided that the privacy of other guests is respected; management reserves the right to stop such activities if they are deemed intrusive or inappropriate.
Video and still photography are permitted for informational and public interest purposes, in compliance with applicable law (Art. 85, para. 1 of the GDPR). In such cases, although consent for filming or distribution is not always required, the content must not be harmful or defamatory.
Filming and photography are also permitted during events or situations of public interest that take place in public settings, even without the explicit consent of the subjects being filmed or photographed, provided that they are not the main subject of the image (Art. 97 of Law 633/1941).
Amateur videos and photographs taken inside restaurants and bars
You may take photos or videos only of items at your own table (dishes, drinks, etc.).
Filming or photography is not permitted without explicit consent:
- staff members
- other customers
- areas other than those at one’s own table, including kitchens
Furthermore, the use of professional equipment or lighting is not permitted without authorization from Management or the Restaurant Manager, who reserves the right to halt such activities if they disturb other guests.

Requests must be submitted at least four weeks in advance of the scheduled date. Any last-minute requests will be considered only on a space-available basis.
The rental cost for the spaces will be determined based on the best rate in effect at the time of the request, unless otherwise agreed upon on a case-by-case basis.
If the spaces are provided free of charge, management reserves the right to revoke authorization even with less than 12 hours’ notice, due to unforeseen operational needs.

Requests must be submitted at least one week in advance. In this case as well, any last-minute requests will be considered subject to the facility’s regular operations.
The filming schedule will be determined based on editorial needs and the host facility’s availability.
