Fitness Area

Open 24/7 and available for use free of charge by guests of the Grand Hotel Sitea and the Royal Palace.

Features three treadmills, three exercise bikes, bench, pull-up station, weights, abdominal crunch station.

Use of the fitness room is restricted to guests of legal age. Children may use the gym only when accompanied by an adult.

Wellness Area

Where not included in the room rate, the wellness room is available to guests of the Grand Hotel Sitea and the Royal Palace for exclusive use for the desired time, subject to reservation.

For different time requirements and to request beauty and massage treatments, contact the front desk or butler.

Massages are performed by our Holistic Practitioner registered with Siaf under Law 04/2013.

● Cigarettes, cigars, pipes, heated tobacco, and other smoking products

Smoking is prohibited in all public areas of the hotel and in guest rooms.
Smoking is permitted in the internal garden, using the designated ashtrays, unless minors or pregnant women are present, and with respect for others.

For those who do not comply with the no-smoking policy in the room, in addition to the applicable administrative fine, an extra charge for extraordinary cleaning will be applied.

● Electronic Cigarettes and related products

Smoking of any type of electronic cigarette is prohibited in the restaurant rooms, bistro, bar, wellness room, fitness room, and on the veranda during breakfast service.

Electronic cigarettes may be smoked in the lobby and public areas, unless minors or pregnant women are present, and with respect for others.

Our smoking policy complies with the Article 51 of Law No. 3 of 16/01/03 and the DCPM 23/12/03.

Violators of the smoking ban will face administrative fines as prescribed by the Italian law.

Please note that starting from 2024, the city of Turin has introduced in the Urban Police Regulation 221 (art. 7, 1.v) the “smoking ban in the presence of children or pregnant women and in all outdoor areas within a five-meter distance from others without their explicit consent; the smoking ban applies to cigarettes, cigars, pipes, heated tobacco, any combustion products, and electronic cigarettes.”

Violations of the Regulation are subject to the administrative fines established by law.

Gratuity

Up to 12 years of age, the stay for one child in a double room with parents is free of charge.

Extra bed or crib
We can provide cribs or extra beds upon request.

Babysitting
We have, upon reservation with the concierge, a paid babysitting service.

For any other needs related to the well-being of young guests, the hotel’s reception staff will be happy to make themselves available.

Small and medium-sized animals

Small and medium-sized animals are welcome in all areas of our facilities, and in restaurants.

Large animals, unconventional animals

For large sizes or special needs, please advise at the time of booking.

Reception

We provide, free of charge, a convenient set consisting of a mat, bowl and tag to signal the presence of your four-legged friend in the room.

Dogsitter

A paid dog walking service can be booked upon request.

Veterinarian

If needed, the reception will put you in touch with a veterinarian or the nearest Veterinary Emergency Room. Any veterinary costs are the responsibility of the animal’s owners.

Damage

For any damages in the hotel rooms or rooms, the costs of damages and/or any extraordinary cleaning may be charged, for which the owner of the animal is held responsible.

Staff are not authorized to administer any type of medication, even over-the-counter

First Aid Box

First aid kit is available at the reception desk.

In case of minor superficial abrasions, our staff can lend support by offering disinfectant and band-aids.

Health Care
