Suppliers
The selection of our suppliers takes into account the quality of the products as well as the ethical and sustainability policies adopted by Seat SpA, with preference given to companies that share and reflect our values.
If you wish to submit your products or services, we will be pleased to evaluate them and contact you if interested.
Proposals and digital catalogues must be sent exclusively via dedicated email.
Please do not send samples unless expressly requested, nor leave unsolicited materials at the hotel reception.
Any unrequested material will not be returned.
We kindly ask you not to solicit feedback at our reception, by email, or by telephone.
For suppliers with whom we already collaborate, please note:
– Deliveries can be made every day from 9:00 to 13:00, using the service entrance adjacent to the main entrance at Via Carlo Alberto 35.
– For perishable goods, or those requiring strict cold chain preservation, it is mandatory to promptly inform the receiving staff of the specific storage requirements.
– For special deliveries or outside standard hours, arrangements must be agreed in advance with the receiving staff.
– Goods must not be left without verification of their integrity and compliance with the order, and without a delivery note signed by a company representative.
– For administrative matters, please contact exclusively the administration office via email, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 12:00.
